Warren is Labour spokesperson on crime and community safety, leading opposition to cuts to front-line PCSOs and police, and to the introduction of elected police commissioners. He is a local school governor and trustee of Whitehawk’s Crew Club. He represents the East Brighton ward of Brighton & Hove.

The advice surgeries alternate each month between Whitehawk Library and the Kemp Town Community Centre at St George’s Church.
