Gill Mitchell

As a local resident and councillor, Gill is campaigning to ensure that community facilities such as youth work, adult education and children’s centres are protected as far as possible from government cuts.  East Brighton communities must be prevented from going into decline after so much effort has been invested in them by local people.

Gill Mitchell represents the East Brighton ward of Brighton & Hove. She is deputy leader of the Labour Group and Chair of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee.
